We built Breadmaker for the second definition. The first one just kept being a better metaphor than anything our copywriters came up with.

free uk shipping on every order. orders are dispatched within 24 hours of being placed, monday to friday, from manchester. you will get a confirmation email when your order ships. international shipping is not offered yet — it will be added after the first drop.
30-day returns on everything, in original condition. you also have the legal right to cancel any order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. to start a return, contact us with your order number; we will send the return address and instructions. refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of the return arriving. return postage is yours unless the item arrived faulty — faulty items are replaced or refunded in full including postage. this does not affect your statutory rights.
all product names, images and the breadmaker wordmark belong to breadmaker. prices are shown at checkout. a contract is formed when we email confirmation that your order has shipped. the proving timer carries a 2-year movement warranty. we may decline or refund any order at our discretion — if we do, you will be told promptly and refunded in full. these terms are governed by the law of england and wales.
we collect as little as possible. if you leave your email, we use it for the one thing you gave it for — telling you about drops — and you can unsubscribe any time. your cart is stored on your own device, not on our servers. we do not run analytics or advertising trackers. fonts load from google fonts, which sees your ip address as part of serving them. when ordering opens, payments will be handled by our payment provider — card details go directly to them and never touch us. to have your data deleted, just ask.
